Ncyber ("en-cyber") is a data-driven information security company based in Columbia, MD. We are a cross-functional team drawing from various backgrounds in the commercial industry, the department of defense and the national security arena. Our internship program provides opportunities to grow your technical skills and collaborate with team members from a variety of backgrounds. This opportunity is a 10-week, intensive, paid internship with the opportunity to work on solutions that help propel our customers’ missions forward. • Intermediate to advanced programming skills or experience in one or more of the following areas: Java, .net, asp.net, PHP, Python, Objective C, C#, C/C++, Perl, XML, JSON, UML, JavaScript, Visual Basic, Swift, Go, Kotlin, HTML, SQL, PL/SQL, Shell scripts
• Exposure to Agile software development processes.Exposure to Windows and Linux operating systems, database technologies, web application. servers, and/or automated testing tools

• Exceptional oral and written communication skills. 
• Experience collaborating with a team. 
• A degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Human Factors (or related field), Business, and/or Information Technology. 
• Experience with Microsoft Office or a comparable office productivity suite. 
• A demonstrated passion to learn about innovative technologies.
